...you'll be dead. Hey friendo, we're setting out for our last out of town shows this Thursday. After we fail to move the Moving Castle here in town on Wednesday, we'll be making our way to Grand Rapids to play the DAAC on Thursday. This place has certainly been a second home, and all our brothers and sisters from other mothers and misters reside here, this is one we can't wait for. We're gonna irish funeral this shit, thanks for the memories and please come hang if you can. Then, we're jetting north to Toronto for A Mountain Far Fest. Big thanks to our friends there for continually putting work into getting us, along with countless other idiots (ahem) that we're sorry we know up that way. This should be great, and we're really excited to spend our last moments in the van in such a fashion.

Next up: our final record. We are beyond excited to announce that the last four songs we recorded at Permanent Hearing Damage with be a joint release between friends old and new. Our main men over at Ice Age Records and Kid Sister Everything, along with our new pals at Adagio830, will be releasing our final EP entitled 'Keep Well' as a 10" this fall. Everything is off to the plant this week, and the records should hopefully materialize for our last shows. Many thanks to these guys for sticking by us over the years, and for taking a chance on some dudes on the way out. Please take the time to stop and check out all the amazing things these peeps have going on.

Then. Oh, shit. We'd like to think that this is what we've been working up to since the moment we became a band, and almost 4 years later, we're very proud to say that we're just about there. We're working with Utarid Booking, and in October, we'll be making our way to Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore, and playing some of our last shows as a two week tour there. This is a dream come true for the three of us, and many thanks to Arwith for extending this opportunity to us. Everything is coming together real crazy like, but we should hopefully have details knocked out in the next month.

hey everybody. we've been pretty quiet about this, but as we leave for tour on wednesday, we figured that now is the right time to let you know that we will not be playing together anymore come november. all is well, and the three of us are as good of friends as ever, but a lot of things are changing for all of us, and we'd rather finish this the way we've always intended to. the past 3+ years have been amazing, and we've been able to do things we'd never thought we'd do, and we'd like to sincerely thank everybody for being so damn good to us.

that all being said, the short midwest tour we're about to leave on will in fact be the last US dates that we'll play. we wanted to make sure that'd we hit all the places that have become second homes to us, and we sure couldn't be any happier that the guys in the Reptilian are going to share this with us...we'd love to see you.

upon our return, we'll finally spill the beans as to what's going to happen with our final record and shows. they're coming together in a ways we could have only hoped for, and we can't wait to share it. hey, thanks so much.

Cool. We've just locked down some recording time, and this time will find ourselves in an actual studio. This May we'll be making the trip to Philadelphia to work with Steve Roche at Permanent Hearing Damage. Steve has worked with many a fine band including Towers, the Catalyst, and Saetia, and we're excited to join the ranks of people he's worked with. The idea is to record a batch of our newest songs for several release this year... we'll have more as we figure it all out. We'll also be giggin' hard on our way out east, get at us if you wanna hang.
Lastly, just added a date in Cedar Falls, Iowa for Former Thieves record release. That record is going to kill, and we can't wait to join our buddies out that way. More soon.

We are very excited to announce that the fine gentlemen over at Hewhocorruptsinc. will be handling the digital release of our LP, 'That Ghost is Always With Me'. These men have years of selling experience, and we're confident that that is just what we'll do from here on out. The future looks bright. And shiny. Like gold.

But, in all seriousness, we would like to extend a huge thank you to Ryan and Andy over at HWCInc. We're honored to be a part of this long standing institution, and are truly inspired by not only the artists they help and these guys themselves, but in the way they continue to recognize art as a formidable aspect of social change.

Why we're most excited about this release is that half of all digital sales will donated to Chicago Hopes. Chicago Hopes is a program within the CPS system that encourages students to succeed, even in the face of poverty and homelessness. Yer Making Us Blush

Whew. Ok, we're all home, some of us for the first time in a LONG time, and finally want to get around bringing y'all up to speed with what's going on with us.
First of all, we want to and must thank way too many people for helping us out with our summer tour. Much like last year when we went out for a month (we played about 31 sets this trip in just about as many days!), there are just too many people to list here. But please know that the love you've shown us got us through this tour, which was a blast of course, but also very trying for us. We've been pretty spoiled on tours thus far, and we finally got ours on this one.
Seriously.
Between gear getting yanked, shows falling through, sickness, unbelievable heat, buying transmissions (OUCH), getting denied at customs, and being away from loved ones for such a long time, we had to work at this one harder than any previous tour. And that was certainly made easier with the help of too many amazing people...and so, thank you, and much love. And, we're glad to say that the three of us went out alone, got out in the middle of nowhere in the heat, had a bunch of bad shit happen (along with the good), and came back as friends and band mates. So, to the other guys, thanks fer being patient ;)
Now. We're back home. Lets get busy. We're going to take the coming month off to write and rest, and get our record, 'That Ghost Is Always With Me' out. We, along with our bud Kris over at Ice Age Records, are holding ourselves to an October 1st release. Watch out, this WILL happen. You can now stream the entire album over at www.theiceageiscoming.net and can preorder it as well. Once out, look for a release party in Chicago. Dang.
Then, while this fall probably won't hold any extensive touring for us, we for sure will be playing out on the record as much as possible. Look for lots of weekends around the midwest, and perhaps a short trip come November. We have too much fun coming to see everybody, and can't wait to get back out there. Beyond that, we're already thinking about what the next year might hold, and thinking about new music. Keep yer eyes peeled, and we'll keep you posted. We now have a Facebook (meh), friend us, and we'll let you know what's good. And take care, huh?
